Forward jet cuts though grease, dislodges mud and debris, and melts ice. Narrow spray pattern to the rear offers maximum thrust to push the hose down the line.
Flushing Nozzle
Wide spray pattern clears debris and flushes the line clean. Good finishing tool after the stoppage has been cleared.
Spring Leader Nozzle
Flexible spring on the front of the nozzle helps guide hose around tight bends. Narrow spray pattern to the rear offers maximum thrust to push the hose down the line.
Downhead Nozzle
Flexible spring on swivel joint at the front of the nozzle guides the hose down Tees. Available for 1/8” hoses only.
Rotary Nozzles
General’s Rotary Nozzles leave the plumbing lines crystal clear. The JN-RB heavy duty hardened stainless steel rotary nozzle has two 90 degree jets to scour the walls of the pipe, and two 35 degree jets to drive the hose down the line. The less expensive JN-RA hardened steel rotary nozzle has two 45 degree jets for combined thrust and cleaning action when used in conjunction with General’s water jetters.
Chain Saw Nozzles
Rip through roots with the Chain Saw Nozzle! Lengths of chain can quickly and easily be switched for use in different diameter pipes. Spins at up to 10,000 RPM as powered by our sewer jetters.
1/2″ nozzle works well in combination with the 12 gpm Typhoon trailer jetter to clear 4″, 6″, 8″, and 10″ lines.
3/8″ nozzle is available in 5.5 and 8 gpm models to clear 4″, 6″, and 8″ lines.
High Performance Trailer Jetter Nozzles
General’s High Performance Nozzles for the Typhoon trailer jetter incorporate patented fluid mechanics that significantly increases the thrust, pulling power, and cleaning power of the nozzles without needing to increase the water flow or pressure.
Other nozzles simply let the water churn around inside until it finds its way out the nearest orifice. High Performance Nozzles are custom machined to redirect the water through highly efficient inner surface channels directed toward each orifice. The nozzles have replaceable threaded inserts at each orifice, so when the nozzle wears, you only have to replace the inserts, not the whole nozzle. A set of insets are a fraction of the cost of a replacement nozzle
Chisel Point Nozzle is a good starting tool to loosen debris and sand to flush it from the pipe. It includes four forward jets and six rear jets. (The four forward jets are replaceable, the rear jets are not.) Cat # JN-HP-151
Traction Nozzle is ideal for blasting sand and mud from the line. It includes one jet forward and six jets to the rear. (All seven jets are replaceable.) Cat # JN-HP-152
Cleaning Nozzle is used as a finishing tool to flush the line clean. It has all eight jets to the rear. (All jets are replaceable.) Cat # JN-HP-153
When you switch to General’s High Performance Nozzles you’ll get improved cleaning results, and you’ll typically use less fuel, less man-hours, and less water than with other nozzles to get the job done. You’ll spend time “in the line” cleaning and less time refilling the water tank.
