Lightweight, Compact Package with a Heavy-Weight Punch

General Pipe Cleaners redefines high-speed, flexible-shaft technology again with the new Flexi-Rooter Junior® drain cleaner – the latest addition in our line of flexible-shaft machines!

The integral variable speed motor lets you adjust the speed the speed from zero to 2200 rpm. It spins ten times faster than conventional drain cleaning tools for a more thorough cleaning job. The foot pedal allows you to have both hands free to safely guide the flexible-shaft into the line.
The reel holds 50’ x 1/4″ (6 mm) flexible-shaft to clear 1-1/4” to 3” lines. The stronger, stiffer shaft with an enhanced sheath is flexible enough to navigate tighter bends and get though 1-1/4” lines, yet tough enough to clear 3” drain lines.

Enhanced safety slip clutch design protects the flexible-shaft from damage. But if you ever do get into trouble General’s flexible shaft is field repairable. The durable metal frame weighs only 20 Ibs, making it easy to get the machine smoothly to and from the job.

The Flexi-Rooter Junior works with your sewer inspection camera system to instantly inspect your results.

General couples our unique ClogChopper® cutters that dig into debris and roots, easily grinding up stubborn clogs, with smooth or steel carbide-tipped chain cutters. Together, they make a formidable combination, capable of boring through tough stoppages, shredding obstructions and scouring pipe walls clean.

What is Flexible Shaft Technology?

Flexible shaft technology is faster and more thorough than traditional drain cleaners. The flexible shaft spins more than 10 times faster than drum machines. At speeds of 2000 RPM or more, the cutters quickly grind up stoppages and scour the walls of the pipe. The flexible shaft is safely protected inside a sheath so it’s easy to handle – no spinning drums.
