We Are Open For You! - General Pipe Cleaners

Update April 2, 2020

General Pipe Cleaners’ production and support facilities remain open for vital plumbing and drain cleaning contractors on the frontlines of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Day after day, those professionals are proving key to helping communities nationwide sustain sanitary standards and systems.

We’re doing our part to deliver the rugged, reliable equipment – and trustworthy, skilled service – those men and women deserve.

General Pipe Cleaners is considered an essential business as per the March 23rd announcement by the Governor of Pennsylvania. We manufacture machines and components that are sorely needed at this time, and we will do our part to stay open – and stay healthy.

But the situation remains fluid. General continues to follow the Coronavirus situation closely – and to monitor guidance and directives from federal, state, and local government officials.

If you have questions or need assistance, contact customer service at 800-245-6200 or 412-771-6300 during our regular business hours, email General or Chat via our website.

We thank you for your support – and stay well!
